We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs. The return shipping costs are your responsibility and we recommend all returned shipping is tracked as we cannot take responsibility for any items that do not reach us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
